SLG Movement: Cache cost improves pathfinding

As the title says: turning on Cache Cost in the SLG Movement plugin’s properties significantly (45% CPU with cache cost ‘No’ and as little as 9% with cache cost ‘Yes’).

Of course, as the documentation says, if PreTileUID is used in the expression, then cache cost should be set to ‘No’, I suppose to be able to evaluate tiles as needed.
